Process
Step 1. Sending a request about room availability and for a house tour before moving in
Step 2. House tour and Interview
Step 3. Signing contract and Pay deposit to reserve a Room
Step 4. Moving in
- You can only apply for a room that is currently vacant or two months before the contract of the room is terminated.
- There's no agency fee for the contract.
- Deposit is paid as a down payment for the reservation, and is fully refunded when you move out after the contract is terminated.
- If you cancel your moving-in after paying the deposit, the deposit cannot be refunded.
- If you move out early before the expiration of the contract period, the penalty is charged to you according to our procedure.
