How to confirm the reservation?

If you send “Request to Book” after checking house/period/the number of the guests on the web-site, the Plamon Manager will contact you within 12 hours on operation time after checking whether you can make a reservation. If you can make a reservation, you will receive confirmation of your reservation and additional guide line from the manager.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

If having questions and requests after checking in the house?

If you leave your questions and requests in a message on the Plamon web-site, the Plamon Manager will check them and help you as soon as we can. However, we’re asking for your understanding in advance that the response can be delayed between 10:00pm and 8.00am.

Is there a fixed check-in and check-out time?

In principle, check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

What are the basic items available in the house?

As the basic items for each house are different, please check the amenities and the facilities in the details of each house on the web-site before booking.

How is the process of moving in?

Plamon manager will contact you in 12 hours, after you send the request for moving in. You will be able to arrange the visiting with the manager, look around the house and receive detailed instructions from the manager. The house tour is possible on the operating time on weekdays not for bothering the persons who are living in the house already.

Is there a rule to follow when moving in?

As a community life, there are basic house rules. (Cleaning common area and trash etc) However, it’s effectively being operated for the respect for personal life and a pleasant living environment.

Is it possible to smoke and drink alcohol inside the house?

Smoking and drinking alcohol too much(loud noise) are absolutely prohibited. Violation of this may result in forced eviction.

Is it possible to live with pet?

Pets are prohibited basically. Violation of this may result in forced eviction.

What if I need additional facilities in the room after moving in?

Additional facilities cannot be supported after moving in. Please be familiar with the pre-support facilities(information) and move in before signing the contract.

Is it possible for acquaintances and relatives to visit the house?

All acquaintances (lover, friend etc) except family are not allowed to visit. Family members are allowed only if you give prior notice of the visit to Plamon, and even in this case, they cannot eat and sleep in the house.

Is there a eligibility(age) limit when signing the contract?

The age is set 20~35 years old. During the house tour, we will decide to move in through a simple face-to-face interview.

Is there a minimum contract period?

The minimum contract period shall be 3 months in principle for making good community and atmosphere of the flatmates. For short-term contracts, we can discuss them depending on the situation, so please contact us privately.

What happens when terminating the contract during the contract period?

If the contract is terminated after failing to keep the term of the contract, a penalty will be charged and an additional 30 days after the notification date will be required payment. Please refer to the contract for details.

How much are the deposit and rental?

The deposit is 500,000won. In principle, monthly payments are paid in advance by the sum of rent, prepayment utility fee and operation management fee. The monthly payments are different depending on the house, so please check it in advance.

Can get the prepaid utility fee back?

When moving out(contract termination), the prepaid utility fee is settled in comparison to the actual amount used(1/N). We will give you the difference back or charge you the additional amount.

What are the operation management fee and the utility fee?

Operation management fee is monthly expenses for public facility management and service rental(WiFi, water purifiers, security facilities etc) and utility fees are electricity, water and gas.

What is the moving out process?

If you notify us to extend the contract one month before the expiration date, it can be extended. If not, after checking the facility(including room key, checking personal luggage, trash, cleaning status etc) and unpaid payment during the staying period, if there is not any issues about that, you will move out with getting the deposit back. We will give you the deposit back within 5 business days after termination of contract.
